Web Development and Extensions

All our services are digital goods, that is to say they are non-tangible goods, once they have been received or completed, we have no control of duplications being made of the product. It is for this reason, we do not issue refunds on our products once the contract is signed. You are not obligated to purchase any concept templates we provide. We do require a 50% non-refundable down payment on any service you plan to purchase from us. Once this is received and you do not wish to continue with our services, you do not need to pay the remaining 50%. You will not be issued the refund for the down payment nor the final product.

 

Web Hosting

In the event a cancellation is necessary, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remainder of your service term from the time of cancellation. There is no cancellation fee. If cancellation is within the first 30 days you will be issued a full refund. For customers who registered a new domain name with the account and choose to cancel after three days of service, $10 will be deducted from the refund for the cost of the domain. You will maintain full ownership of the new domain after you have canceled your hosting with us. For customers who registered a domain with GraphicStylus.net at time of sign-up, if cancellation is after the first three days the domain will be released to the customer and GraphicStylus.net will no longer cover further registration fees.

 

Graphic Designs and Business Stationery

We require a 50% non-refundable down payment on any design you plan to pursue with us based on the concept template. Once this is received and you do not wish to continue with our services, you do not need to pay the remaining 50%. You will not receive the refund for the down payment nor the final product upon cancellation. Also, any design or layout work done will result in the graphic design (layout or file conversion) fee being assessed. Once a job has been approved and sent to press, the process is final and changes can not be made nor a refund can be requested.

 

All sales are final. Full payment for printing, graphic design, web hosting and shipping and handling is required before any work can begin. Print jobs sent to press or printed on paper, are non-refundable on our part and must be communicated to the printers.
 

All complaints must be registered within 24 hours of delivery. Should the job contain errors and/or defects due to our part, we will work with you to correct this problem. We reserve the right to judge what is a manufacturing error and defect.
